Sufabel Community Development Initiative (SCDI) is a Non Governmental Organization that helps the community by providing Advocacy, Economic Empowerment and Resource Mobilization to Children, Youth and Women with male motivation in rural and Urban Communities. The organization is aimed at uplifting the livelihood of people living in both rural and urban areas by providing them with quality and friendly health services, Counseling them, Educating them on various aspects of life and Empowering them economically by teaching them various trades.

We council TB patients and assist with care giving while providing knowledge on preventive measures.

  • Global Fund Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) through Health Alive Foundation (HAF) for Community TB Care in 2014/2015
  • Victim Support Fund (VSF) to implement Foster Parenting Project in Adamawa State in 2016/2017
  • STOP TB Partnership’s Wave 5 TB REACH grant through Gombe State Agency for Control of AIDS for active TB and HIV case finding in IDP camps and Host Communities in Adamawa State in 2017/2018.
  • STOP TB Partnership’s Challenge Facility for Civil Society (CFCS) Round 8 Grant for active TB and HIV screening of Nomadic School children and communities in Adamawa State for the period 2018/2019
