Today being 25th of February 2019 we conduct our TB reach Active case finding in Nomads communities where we reach Walam settlement in labaka village, Boh Ward in Shangom LGA of Gombe State. Awareness was conducted and presumptive cases were identified and sent to Gene-Xpert site for screening
