Today being 25th of February 2019 we conduct our TB reach Active case finding in Nomads communities where we reach Walam settlement in labaka village, Boh Ward in Shangom LGA of Gombe State. Awareness was conducted and presumptive cases were identified and sent to Gene-Xpert site for screening
Today 7th February 2019 we are able to visit Tumfure Village of Zanga Ward, Lakukush, latatar lalaipido ward in Shongom Local Government for TB outreach and Contact Tracing. Presumptive cases Identified and Samples collected and send for Gene-Xpert Site.
The active case finding was continue in nomad settlements, were Community Volunteers were able to visit nomadic areas/Communities in different local government of the state. During the visit Presumptive TB cases were identified and sputum samples collected and send to Gene-Xpert Site.
Today 29/January/ 2018 The TB OUTREACH was conducted at Kushi Kauri Community in Kushi Ward, Shangom Local Government of Gombe State. Samples were collected and and transport to Gene-Xpert site.
Today 28/January/2019 at unguwan Alhaji Ade Kalinde BARE WARD many People were Verbally Screen and information was given on Cough ethics. also Sample was collected and transported to Gene-Xpert Site at General Hospital Billiri.
